What are your ordering guidelines?
Placing an Ordering
To ensure that there is enough time to process your online cake order and deliver a quality product, all basic orders need to be placed 4 to 7 days in advance.
Can I place a special order?
Yes, you can. For all Custom /Wedding Cake Ordering, please follow the instructions under the Custom Cake ordering tab.
Do you deliver?
Sugar Rush delivers in the Abington, Roslyn, & Willow Grove areas for a nominal delivery fee. Any other area will require an additional delivery fee. Order pick-up is always available at our Abington pick-up location (1370 Rothley Ave, Roslyn, PA). We understand that things happen, however any late pickup orders with no notification will automatically incur a late fee of $25 that must be paid upon arrival if more than 30 min late. You may pay your late fee in cash, Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle. We apologize for any inconvenience as this policy is only put in place to ensure all pickup and deliveries go smoothly.
What are your return policies?
Return Policy: No baked goods can be returned. However, if there is an issue with any of Sugar Rush's baked products, please notify our office. We will do what we can to accommodate you and resolve the problem. Our customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal.
